Cranberry: a wonderfully powerful berry!Golden Naturals Cranberry & D-Mannose is a combination of cranberry extract, D-mannose, vitamin C, and various beneficial herbal extracts such as bearberry, common nettle, and goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea). Vitamin C is a well-known antioxidant with a positive effect on the immune system. This product contains a whopping 750 mg of cranberry extract per daily dose (3 tablets). The cranberry extract in these tablets is more concentrated than, for example, cranberry juice. The beneficial properties of this powerful berry were already known to the Native Americans. In the Netherlands, cranberries are found mainly on Terschelling and Vlieland. It is a common ingredient in European cuisine, but in the last 20 years, cranberries have been increasingly used in health products. Bearberry has been known for its beneficial effects since the mid-eighteenth century.
D-mannose: what is it?
D-mannose is a natural nutrient found in small amounts in various plants and fruits, such as peaches, pineapple, oranges, apples, and berries like cranberries and blueberries. D-mannose also occurs in small amounts in the human body as part of a chain of eight essential sugars. "Essential" means that our bodies can only produce these sugars in small quantities, but they are nevertheless of fundamental importance. Therefore, D-mannose supplements can be a valuable addition.

Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) extract 2:1 75 mg
Common nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf extract 4:1 75 mg
Guldenroede (Solidago virgaurea) extract 4:1 75 mg
D-mannose 750 mg
Vitamin C (calcium-L-ascorbate) 195 mg
BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract) 1,5 mg

Herbal extracts, D-mannose, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), humectant (carboxymethyl starch (CMS-Na)), glazing agent (cellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), colour (iron oxide red).This product is free from: Egg, gluten-containing grains, lupine, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, celery, sesame seeds, soy, sulphites, fish.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Golden Naturals Cranberry & D-mannose Voordeelpot:
As a starting dose, take 1 tablet 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Preferably take it with water before a meal. This recommended amount may also be taken all at once. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 tablet per day. Suitable for children aged 3 years and older. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Warning:
Not suitable when attempting to conceive or pregnant, but suitable during breastfeeding.
