L-Leucine : L-Isoleucine : L-Valine = 2 : 1 : 1.

Vitamin D3: 5 mcg

BCAA amino acids, soy lecithin, food acid: malic acid, vitamin C, vitamin D3, gelatine capsule.(beef).Usage of Toppharm BCAA en Vitamine C en Vitamine D3 500 mg:
Take 5 capsules twice daily unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take between 2 meals with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
