Contains 1500 mg of glucosamine and 500 mg of chondroitin per daily dose. The addition of 2000 mg of fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) per daily dose completes this supplement. The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA) and blood pressure (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of EPA and DHA). Furthermore, DHA is good for brain function and vision (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). Furthermore, maternal DHA intake contributes to the normal development of the brain and vision in the fetus and breastfed infants (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg of DHA and EPA).Composition of Lucovitaal Glucosamine Chondroïtine Visolie:
