SoriaBel's Ashwagandha capsules contain a patented Ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract, KSM-66®. More than a decade of research resulted in an Ashwagandha extract with a high standardisation on withanolides (20 mg per capsule!) while maintaining the proportions found in nature.Ashwagandha is the flagship herb of Ayurveda. You take 1 capsule twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.The maintenance dosage is 1 capsule per day.
Preferably take during meals with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Warning Ashwagandha:
The use during pregnancy(swens) or lactation is not recommended.
