What does Recovery Helper BCAA consist of?Recovery Helper BCAA consists of BCAAs, which are branched-chain amino acids, amino acids with a branched side chain. The body cannot produce them itself, so you have to ingest them through food. Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are the three existing BCAAs.

BCAA 2:1:1 branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: lecithin), calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate (Beta-HMB), maltodextrin, L-glutamine, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6), chromium picolinate.Usage of SoriaBel / Soriphar Recovery Helper BCAA 2:1:1:
Take 1 dose of 7 grams (1 measuring spoon) per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably dissolve in half a liter of water and drink during the day.
In case of intensive training, take 1 dose immediately after training and a 2nd dose 30 minutes before the next meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
