The dosage depends on the person, situation, and desired goal. This supplement is particularly suitable for use in high doses. A maximum of 22 drops at a time. However, it is important to build up the dosage gradually to test how you react to it.Low dosage (maintenance):
– Start with 5 drops 3 times a day
– Increase by 1 drop every 3 days
– Women end up using an average of between 6 and 10 drops per time
– Men end up using an average of between 8 and 12 drops per time
High dosage:
– Start with 5 drops 3 times a day
– Day two: 10 drops 3 times a day
– From day three, 3 times a day between 10 and 22 drops
Dosage for children:
– Start with 2 drops twice daily
– Increase by 1 drop every 3 days
– Increase to 3x daily if desired
– Children average between 2 and 10 per session. This depends on age and situation.
How to use:
It can be taken directly in the mouth, with some lukewarm water, or on food. It is best to place it on your tongue, do not swallow it yet, and then rinse it down with tea or lukewarm/warm water. However, it can also be taken on a spoon with soup, on some fruit, or whatever else. Opinions vary widely regarding the taste. It is best to take it during the meal and not at the end. This prevents the taste from lingering.
Combine with dairy?
The packaging states not to be combined with dairy. The only reason for this is that some people experience loose stools. For most people, it works just fine. It is absolutely no problem to try it to see if it works well for you.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
