The multi for the over-50s
Elke Dag 50+ is specially formulated for men and women over 50. The body's nutritional needs change with age. For example, iron and copper requirements decrease. Elke Dag 50+ therefore does not contain iron or copper. What men and women do need at this age is extra vitamin B12 and sufficient folic acid (folate), among other things, to support mental functions such as memory. Higher doses of vitamin K2 and D3 are also important for this age group.

Use of Every Day 50+ Tablets:Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by vitamin K intake from food and supplements.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Use of Ultra Pure EPA/DHA 1000 mg:
Take 1-2 softgels daily, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
Preferably take with a fat-containing meal and plenty of water.
