The multi for the over-50s
Elke Dag 50+ is specially formulated for men and women over 50. The body's nutritional needs change with age. For example, iron and copper requirements decrease. Elke Dag 50+ therefore does not contain iron or copper. What men and women do need at this age is extra vitamin B12 and sufficient folic acid (folate), among other things, to support mental functions such as memory. Higher doses of vitamin K2 and D3 are also important for this age group.
High dose of omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA
Ultra Pure EPA/DHA 1000 mg is a fish oil supplement that contains the important omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in a particularly high dosage, with a good balance of EPA and DHA. Take 1-2 softgels daily with a fat-containing meal and water.
Use of Ultra Pure DHA/EPA 500 mg:
