3-Seaweed Mix is a blend of 3 types of seaweed with different colors and flavors: Sea Lettuce (green seaweed), Nori (red seaweed), and Wakame (brown seaweed). The fine, shellfish-like texture of Sea Lettuce and Nori is combined with the slightly crunchy and meaty texture of wakame.3 Seaweed mix has 3 different flavors. Sea lettuce (sorrel), Nori (mushroom), Wakame (oysters).
Origin: Harvested by hand in the natural environment of the seaweed on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters).
Composition of Porto Muinos 3-Zeewierenmix Biologisch:
Dried seaweed* (sea lettuce/Ulva Spp., nori/Porphyra yezoensis and wakame/Undaria Pinnatifida).*= Of biological origin.
Usage of Porto Muinos 3-Zeewierenmix Biologisch:
The recommended maximum dosage is approximately 5 grams of dried seaweed per day.Use the 3-Seaweed Mix soaked (so you can make your own salad) or roasted in salads, or incorporate it into soups, egg dishes, croquettes, sauces, stews, and pies. You can also cook it along with your vegetables, rice, or pasta. It is also delicious as a garnish over fish and seafood or added to rice and pasta dishes. It is also used to brew tea.
Soak in sufficient water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let the mix soak for another 5 minutes. The 3-Seaweed mix increases sixfold in weight.
