Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Calcium citrate, Magnesium bisglycinate, CMS-Na (thickener), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Zinc bisglycinate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Bioperine® (Piper nigrum L. extract), Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2), cellulose (glazing agent), iron oxide (coating).Usage of Mattisson Calcium Magnesium & Zink:
You take 1-3 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.This recommended amount may also be taken spread throughout the day.
Preferably take before or during the meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 1 year.
