Usage of Mattisson Elektrolyten Poeder Lemon:
Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (5 grams) in 250 ml of cold water, juice, or shake, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.For intense exercise, the dosage can be increased to 1 teaspoon (10 g) per 500 ml. Preferably use a shaker or blender to mix. Can be used before or during exercise, or any other time of day.
