Exercise is the basis for increased production of free radicals, which can cause oxidative stress. If there is an excess, there is a risk of tissue damage and inflammation. Ergysport STiM provides the body with all the vitamins and minerals that are useful for protecting cells in the preparation phase and before intense physical exertion.ERGYSPORT STiM contains zinc and vitamins B2, C and E, which help protect against oxidative stress.
✓Vitamin C helps maintain the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion; it also increases the absorption of iron.
✓Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and C help reduce fatigue.
Finally, vitamin D supports muscle function and allows better absorption and use of phosphorus and calcium.

Capsule: fish gelatine.Usage of Nutergia Ergysport STiM:
Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with breakfast or with a snack just before exercise.
