The dosage of 16 billion bacteria from 2 capsules has been specifically studied to support the microbiota.
ERGYPHILUS® GST contains vitamin C that helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and vitamin B2 that helps keep the mucous membranes healthy.

Take 2-4 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.From 6 years, 1 capsule per day.
From 10 years, 2 capsules per day.
If the child cannot swallow the capsule, it may be opened and the powder mixed with semi-liquid food such as fruit puree.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
