Absolute Collagen Latte is a blend of Collagen Type I, MCT oil, and instant coffee. The latte has a delicious flavor thanks to the addition of cappuccino flavoring and stevia (low in sugar). The drink is easy to prepare: dissolve a tablespoon of powder in hot or cold water, and your latte is ready. For an extra caffeine boost, you can add a little more coffee.This collagen latte uses Beef Collagen Peptides Hydrolysate Peptan® Type I. Collagen is a complete protein source and contains 18 amino acids. Proteins contribute to the maintenance of strong bones and the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. Type I collagen is found in humans, including skin, bones, ligaments, tendons, and teeth.
In addition to collagen, the Collagen latte also contains MCT (medium chain fatty acids).
