Each 2 tablets contain:Magnesium 200 mg
Vitamine B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 2,8 mg
Vitamine B12 (MecobalActive®, methylcobalamin) 50 mcg

Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent: gum arabic, magnesium glycerophosphate, Aquamin® Mg (magnesium hydroxide), glazing agent: fatty acids, gelling agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose, colouring agent: calcium carbonate, vitamin B6, vitamin B12.Usage of Physalis Magnesium Forte:
You take 1-2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and water.
