Usage of Vitals Guarboonvezels:
You take 1-2 level scoops (5-10 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Best taken with a meal, mixed with water (200 ml) or another liquid. Let the drink sit for a moment to allow the fiber to fully dissolve. The fiber can also be added to food (such as yogurt), even to hot dishes. A 15 ml scoop (approximately 5 grams) is included.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
