Ester-C® contains calcium ascorbate (ascorbic acid bound to calcium) and vitamin C metabolites, such as threonic acid. Vitamin C metabolites are metabolic products of vitamin C. They promote the absorption and availability of vitamin C in the body.Vitamin C contributes to:
✓Maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system, also during and after heavy physical exertion.
✓The protection of cells against oxidative damage.
✓Normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
✓The reduction of tiredness and fatigue and a normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Vitamin C (from maize); stabiliser (capsule: hypromellose); citrus bioflavonoid complex; minerals; anti-caking agent (stearic acid).Usage of Springfield Ester-C:
Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during or after a meal with sufficient water.
