Place three fingers on the inside of the wrist with the tip of the ring finger under the base of the hand. The Nei-Kuan point lies directly under the tip of the index finger between the two middle tendons.Place the button downwards on the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat this process for the other wrist.
For best results, a band should be applied to both wrists.
The wristbands can be used alone or, if necessary, in combination with medication. They are comfortable, reusable, and washable.
For children aged 3 to approximately 12 years old.
Maximum wrist circumference +/- 15 cm.
