Melatonin, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate type A, talc and magnesium stearate.Usage of Davitamon Melatonine 5mg:
You take 1 to 5 mg of melatonin per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take just before the desired sleep time for 3 to 6 days. It is important that melatonin is taken at the right time.
