Application of Natusport Hydration Drink:
When you are on the road for a long time, it is important to maintain your fluid balance. You can use Natusport Hydration Drink Tabs for this. When you dissolve the tabs in water, you get a perfect drink for when you want to absorb fluids and important electrolytes, but not too much sugar. It is therefore a low-calorie drink.One tablet provides 227 mg of sodium, the most important electrolyte lost through sweating and helps maintain water balance, along with 100 mg of potassium, which also helps maintain proper hydration. Use Natusport Hydration Drink Tabs in your water bottle before, during, and after training for proper hydration and to replenish electrolytes (1).

Drop into water bottle. Fizz. Drink. Place 1 effervescent tablet in a portion of water/500 ml water bottle, wait until it starts to fizz, shake well, and enjoy.Dissolve a maximum of 4 tablets in cold water per day. Add water as needed or to taste. The recommended ratio is 1 tablet per 130 ml of water (3 to 4 tablets per 500 ml bottle). Place the effervescent tablet(s) in a portion of water/500 ml bottle, wait for it to fizz, shake well, and enjoy.
