Composition of New Care Sint Janskruid:
Every 3 capsules (= daily dose) contain:St. John's wort extract (Hypericum perforatum) 975 mg
- standardized to a minimum of 0.3% hypericin
Ingredients of New Care Sint Janskruid:
St. John's wort extract, vegetable capsule: pullulan.This product contains no sugar, gluten, yeast, lactose, colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of New Care Sint Janskruid:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day as a starting dose. This dosage is recommended for 2 packs. Take 1 capsule 1 time a day as a maintenance dose. Best taken with water.The capsule may be opened and taken with water or yoghurt.
Do not exceed the recommended dose unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Everyone is different. It's generally recommended to use the starting dose for two packs. Then, you can reduce the dose to the maintenance dose. Personal factors may dictate whether you use the starting dose for a longer or shorter period.
