Usage of Golden Naturals Overgang Support:
Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with plenty of water during a meal. This recommended amount may also be taken all at once.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ashwagandha Warning:
Use during pregnancy (wish) or breastfeeding is not recommended.
