Every 2 capsules (= daily dose) contain:Angelica (dong quai / angelica sinensis) 400 mg
Monk's pepper (vitex agnus castus) extract 400 mg
- standardized to 0.5% agnusides including aucubine
Passion flower (passiflora incarnata) extract 100 mg
- standardized to at least 2% vitexin
Bamboo extract 52 mg
Magnesium (citrate) 48 mg
Black cohosh (cimicifuga racemosa) root extract 40 mg
- standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides
Trans-resveratrol 5 mg
- standardized to a minimum of 50 mg resveratrol
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 5 mg

Angelica extract, viburnum extract, magnesium citrate, vegetarian capsule: hypromellose, passion flower extract*, bamboo extract, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, black cohosh extract, resveratrol extract, pyridoxal-5-phosphate.This product is free from sugar, gluten, yeast, lactose, colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of New Care Overgang:
Starting dose: 1 capsule twice a day. Maintenance dose: 1 capsule once a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Take the capsules with water. The capsules may be opened and swallowed with water or yogurt, for example.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Everyone is different. It's generally recommended to use the starting dose for two packs. Then, you can reduce the dose to the maintenance dose. Personal factors may dictate whether you use the starting dose for a longer or shorter period.
