When you have a long training session or competition ahead of you, it is important that you have consumed sufficient nutrition and energy beforehand.Natusport FUEL+ Dual Sportdrink has been developed for (elite) athletes who aim for a very high carbohydrate intake of more than 90 grams per hour during long and intensive efforts. Due to the glucose-fructose ratio of 1:0.8, the FUAL+ Sportdrink is highly suitable for this. If you consume fewer carbohydrates (up to 90 grams per hour), which applies to more than 90% of athletes, choose the usual 2:1 ratio.
Thanks to the combination of maltodextrin, fructose, and isomaltulose, as well as the flexible mixing ratio, you can use FUEL+ Dual Sportdrink as both an isotonic sports drink and a carbohydrate-rich sports drink for sustained exertion. Additionally, FUEL+ contains the electrolytes sodium, calcium, and potassium, which are lost through sweat during exercise.

Isotonic sports drink: Mix 30 grams of powder (1 scoop) with 500 ml of water. Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.Carbohydrate-rich sports drink and carboloading: Mix 75 grams of powder (2½ scoops) with 500 to 750 ml of water. Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. This dosage provides 67.5 g of carbohydrates per serving and can be used during prolonged exertion or as a supplement to daily carbohydrate intake prior to a long training session or competition. Suitable for use within a high-carbohydrate strategy for athletes.
