The astaxanthin in this product is extracted from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis. This microalgae is the most attractive natural source of astaxanthin because it has the highest dry weight content. This substance is best known for its pinkish-red pigment and is present in large quantities in salmon, shrimp, crab, lobster, etc., which also explains their pink color. Astaxanthin is an important antioxidant that has a synergistic effect with other carotenoids such as lycopene, lutein, and beta-carotene.Composition of DeBa Pharma Astaxanthine 4 mg:
Each softgel contains:Astaxanthin-rich oleoresin (10%) from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis 40 mg
= 4 mg astaxanthine
Olive oil (olive tree, Olea europaea L.) (fruit) 450 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) 2.5 mg

Fish oil, Glycerol (gelling agent), Gelatin (coating agent), Astaxanthin-rich oleoresin.Usage of DeBa Pharma Astaxanthine 4 mg:
Take 1 to 2 softgels per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take after meals with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
