Application of Tricolin Psylliumvezels Plus :
Tricolin is a gluten-free formula with gentle psyllium fibers, prebiotics (inulin), and 7 biotic strains.Psyllium husk as a source of fiber.
The current European daily recommended amount of fiber is 25 grams, something many of us do not reach with our modern diet. Psyllium fiber is an excellent fiber supplement because it is able to normalize stool volume by retaining moisture while simultaneously forming a soft gel, allowing stool to move more easily through the lower digestive tract. Psyllium fiber has the advantage of being much milder than general fiber supplements (such as wheat and bran), which can irritate sensitive intestines.

Prebiotica (inuline):
Inulin is a fiber derived from the chicory root. Inulin is not broken down by the body; it is fermented by the live bacteria in the intestines to stimulate the growth of live bacteria.

Psyllium fibers (Plantago ovata), inulin, live bacterial cultures (Lactobacillus rhamnosus CCM 5217, Bifidobacterium bifidum CCM 5215, Bifidobacterium infantis CCM 6720, Bifidobacterium longum CCM 5588, Lactobacillus acidophilus CCM 5212, Lactobacillus plantarum CCM 5209, Lactobacillus bulgaricus CCM 6833), digestive enzymes (protease, papain, bromelain, betaine HCL), ground ginger root, ground peppermint leaf, ground fennel seed.Usage of Tricolin Psylliumvezels Plus :
Adults: Mix 1 to 2 full teaspoons (5-10 grams) in a glass of water or fruit juice (approx. 100ml) twice a day and drink immediately. Drink another glass of water or fruit juice (min. 300ml) afterwards. We recommend starting with a low dose and gradually increasing it.Take at least 10 minutes before a meal. Shake before use.
Children : Mix 1 full teaspoon (5 grams) twice daily in a glass of water or fruit juice (approx. 100ml) under parental supervision. Drink another glass of water or fruit juice (min. 100ml) afterwards. Parents are advised to consult a doctor or specialist before administering Tricolin Plus to children under 12 years of age.
Take at least 10 minutes before a meal. Shake before use.

Taking Tricolin without water can lead to suffocation.
