Psyllium fibers (Plantago ovata), Inulin, live bacterial cultures (Lactobacillus rhamnosus CCM 5217, Bifidobacterium bifidum CCM 5215, Lactobacillus acidophilus CCM 5212, Lactobacillus plantarum CCM 5209, Lactobacillus bulgaricus CCM 6833).Usage of Tricolin Psylliumvezels Original :
Adults: Take 1 to 2 full teaspoons (5-10 grams) twice a day, mix in a glass of water or fruit juice (approx. 100ml), and drink immediately. Drink another glass of water or fruit juice (min. 300ml) afterwards. We recommend starting with a low dose and gradually increasing it.Take at least 10 minutes before a meal. Shake before use.
Children: You take 1 full teaspoon (5 grams) twice a day, mixed in a glass of water or fruit juice (approx. 100ml) under parental supervision. Afterwards, drink another glass of water or fruit juice (min. 100ml). Parents are advised to consult a doctor or specialist before administering Tricolin to children under 12 years of age.
Take at least 10 minutes before a meal. Shake before use.
