Cellulose (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), ashwagandha extract (KSM-66®), organic rice extract blend (organic rice fiber, organic rice extract, organic arabic gum, organic sunflower oil), cross-linked cellulose gum, saffron extract (affron®), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sunflower oil).This product is free from yeast, gluten, soy, sucrose, wheat, and salt.

Usage of Solgar Ultimate Calm:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ashwagandha Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy.
