Mattisson's Organic Fiber Complex contains a combination of psyllium fiber and inulin from the agave plant. This fiber-rich powder is a simple way to add extra dietary fiber to your daily diet. You can easily mix it with water, yogurt, or fruit juice, for example. Dietary fiber is an important part of a varied and balanced diet, while many people consume less fiber daily than is recommended.✓Psyllium fibers are good for bowel function*, support natural and regular bowel movements*, and contribute to normal digestion*.
The inulin from the agave plant forms a valuable addition to the fiber profile. The combination of these ingredients results in a fiber-rich formula with no less than 89% dietary fiber.

Ingredients of Mattisson Vezel Complex Psyllium & Inuline Biologisch:
Psyllium Husk (Plantago ouata) powder* 70%, Inulin (from Agave plant)* 30%.*= Of biological origin.
Usage of Mattisson Vezel Complex Psyllium & Inuline Biologisch:
You take 1 level tablespoon (approximately 15 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take in the morning before a meal with a large glass of water.
May be mixed with water, yogurt, or fruit juice; drink the solution quickly because Psyllium absorbs a lot of fluid rapidly.
Maintenance dosage: Mix 1/2 level tablespoon with sufficient water once daily.
Children aged 6-12 take 1 level tablespoon per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Warning :
There should be a 2-hour gap between taking medication and taking the fiber.
Drink the solution immediately because Psyllium absorbs fluid quickly and in large quantities.
We advise you to drink enough fluids during the day (1.5 - 2 liters). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
