Psyllium Husk (Plantago ouata) powder* 70%, Inulin (from Agave plant)* 30%.*= Of biological origin.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Mattisson Vezel Complex Psyllium & Inuline Biologisch:
Take 1 level tablespoon 1-2 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Best taken in the morning before a meal. May be mixed with water, yogurt, or fruit juice.
Children aged 6-12 years take 1 level tablespoon per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
There should be a two-hour interval between taking the medication and taking the fiber. Drink the solution immediately, as psyllium absorbs a lot of fluid quickly. We recommend drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day (1.5-2 liters). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
