Take 2 capsules 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
If you are taking any medications, take this product several hours before or after.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, in combination with other products containing green tea, or on an empty stomach.
Because fiber can reduce mineral absorption, fiber and minerals should be taken at different times.
Patients with a history of kidney stones should use calcium supplements with caution because of possible precipitation of minerals in the renal pelvis, which may worsen renal colic.
This product should be administered with caution to patients with gallstones or biliary obstruction, as well as to patients with peptic ulcers or heartburn.
