Selenium & Zinc from Golden Naturals is a composition of selenium, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E. An excellent combination for the protection of healthy cells and tissues. Zinc is found in all body tissues and is concentrated particularly in the cell nucleus. It plays an important role in various processes in the body, including the cell division process and hormone balance. It is also involved in the normal synthesis and breakdown of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and DNA. Like selenium, zinc has a positive influence on the immune system and plays a role in a normal acid-base balance. In addition to being an antioxidant, selenium is a mineral with many qualities. To begin with, it is good for the thyroid: selenium is partly necessary for the normal production of thyroid hormone and the functioning of the thyroid. Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), minerals, vitamins, herbal extracts, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), glazing agent (cellulose), firming agent (glycerin), thickening agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose).This product is free from: egg, gluten-containing cereals, lupine, milk (including lactose), mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, celery, sesame seeds, soy, sulfites, fish.

Usage of Golden Naturals Selenium & Zink:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with water before or during a meal. Suitable for children aged 11 and over.
