Usage of Vitals Schildklierformule Pro:
Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal) with plenty of water. Stick to the recommended dosage.
Ashwagandha Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or if you have existing liver problems.
