You take 1 tablet every day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take before a meal with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG*) of 800 mg.
Do not combine with other products containing green tea on the same day.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
