Take 1 level teaspoon once daily, dissolved in water, plant-based yogurt, juice, or mixed with the bottle. Preferably take in the evening. Note: put the powder in a glass first, then water.Expert supervision is recommended for use by infants younger than six weeks or by infants (e.g. with cow's milk allergy) who are under medical treatment. May be used during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
