Take 1 level teaspoon once daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably dissolve in water, plant-based yogurt, juice, or mix with the bottle and take in the evening.
Note: put the powder in a glass first, then the water.
Expert supervision is recommended for use by infants younger than six weeks or by infants (e.g. with cow's milk allergy) who are under medical treatment.
May be used during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
