Magnesium Malate is a compound of the mineral magnesium bound to organic malic acid. Malic acid can be utilized in the citric acid cycle, which contributes to the formation of ATP (energy). This organically bound form of magnesium is absorbed better than inorganically bound forms of magnesium, such as magnesium oxide or magnesium sulfate. Additionally, the binding with malic acid results in fewer gastrointestinal complaints.✓Magnesium supports normal muscle function.

The addition of B6 in the form of P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) increases the absorption of magnesium.
