Each 5 ml contains:Magnesium 56 mg
Zinc 0.5 mg
Copper 0.2 mg
Selenium 25 mcg
Chromium 18 mcg

Ingredients of Nutergia Oligomax Multimineral:
Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, desodized concentrated seawater, patented standardized extract of lithothamnium – Phymatolithon calcareum Pall., zinc, iron, and copper gluconates, chromium chloride, manganese sulfate, selenite, and sodium molybdate), magnesium citrate-malate, preservative: potassium sorbate; acid regulator: potassium hydroxide; natural flavor.Usage of Nutergia Oligomax Multimineral:
Take 5 ml per day, diluted with water (150 ml).Children aged 3 to 6 years: 2.5 ml per day, diluted in 1 glass of water (150 ml).
A slight cloudiness or sediment is normal, shake well before use.
The measuring cap makes for easy dosing.
