You take 3 caps per day as an accompaniment to antibiotic therapy, then 2 caps per day.Always take at least 2 hours after antibiotics. During the duration of antibiotic treatment and thereafter, unless otherwise advised by your health professional. Preferably take with meals with plenty of water.
