Ergyosteo+ is a dietary supplement that combines Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2, which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.The bone, living tissue:
Bone is living tissue that constantly renews itself thanks to specialized cells: osteoclasts excavate cavities in the bone. These are filled by osteoblasts, which create new bone tissue. This young tissue is then infused with minerals and strengthened by the fixation of calcium.
However, with age, the process of new bone formation slows down. The amount of minerals in the bone, particularly calcium, can decrease. This makes the bone brittle and increases the risk of fracture and disability.

Calcium carbonate, Vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), Magnesium oxide, bulking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; Vitamin K2 (menaquinone MK-7), Calcium citrate, Zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium carbonate, Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), sodium selenite, manganese gluconate. Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).Usage of Nutergia ErgyOstéo+:
Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 11 years (zinc, vitamin K2).
Not suitable for persons being treated with coumarin anticoagulants (vitamin K2).
