Strepfen Orange 8.75 mg lozenges are used to relieve throat complaints such as sore throat and swelling.Composition of Strepfen Flurbiprofen Zuigtabletten Sinaasappel Suikervrij:

Active ingredient: flurbiprofen.The excipients in this medicine are: macrogol 300, potassium hydroxide (E525), orange flavour, levomenthol, acesulfame-k (E950), liquid maltitol (E965) and isomalt (E953).
Usage of Strepfen Flurbiprofen Zuigtabletten Sinaasappel Suikervrij:
- For adults and children older than 12 years.- Take 1 lozenge every 3 to 6 hours if necessary.
- Move the lozenge around in your mouth occasionally while you suck on it.
- Do not take more than 5 lozenges per 24 hours.
- Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days.
Warnings:
Not for children under 12 years.
Consult a doctor if you:
Have ever had an allergy or shortness of breath that comes on suddenly due to spasm of the muscles of the airways and swelling in the mucous membrane of the airways (asthma).
Have ever had an inflammation of the tonsils or think you have a bacterial throat infection.
Has had a stroke.
Has ever had bowel problems. For example, recurrent, severe inflammation of the large intestine with ulcer formation (ulcerative colitis) or recurrent, severe inflammation of a part of the intestines (Crohn's disease).
A chronic autoimmune disease, like a chronic immune disease, involves the body attacking its own cells, causing inflammation in numerous organs; primarily in young women (SLE; systemic lupus erythematosus).
Are elderly, since side effects are observed more frequently in the elderly.
Are in the first 6 months of pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Cannot tolerate certain sugars.
