Baill.), anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate and vegetable magnesium stearate; inositol, vitamin C, zinc and copper gluconate, taurine, vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B8 (D-biotin) and B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); manganese sulphate. Capsule: fish gelatin, colour: iron oxide.Usage of Nutergia ErgyStress Activ:
Take 1-3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take at breakfast with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use if you are taking blood thinners (schizandra).
