Marine collagen (fish), glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, sodium chondroitin sulphate (fish), methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), magnesium citrate, vitamin C (L-calcium ascorbate), L-Lysine, natural lemon flavouring and other natural flavours, natural apple flavouring, turmeric extract BCM-95® (Curcuma longa L. ) (origin outside the EU), hyaluronic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid; zinc and manganese citrate, sweetener: steviol glycosides; stabiliser: sodium gluconate; copper gluconate.Usage of Nutergia ErgyCartil Fort:
You take 1 sachet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with 1 glass of water (150 ml).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
