Nutergia ErgyStress Sleep is a dietary supplement based on Melatonin from standardized Cherry Powder, Plant and Marine Magnesium. The formula also contains B vitamins.Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) provides support in stressful situations and has a beneficial effect on reducing fatigue and tiredness.

Magnesium from the sea (magnesium oxide), extracts of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) and Eschscholtzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), magnesium hydroxide, stabilizer: acacia gum; anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate; cherry juice powder (Prunus cerasus L.), vitamins B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) and B12 (cyanocobalamin). Capsule: fish gelatin, colouring: iron oxide.Usage of Nutergia ErgyStress Sleep:
You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take half an hour before going to sleep with plenty of water.
