Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, sodium chondroitin sulphate (fish), methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), L-calcium ascorbate, filler: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate; field horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.), manganese and copper gluconate. Capsule: fish gelatine.Usage of Nutergia ErgyCartil Flex:
You take 3 capsules a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with meals with plenty of water.
