Application of Vitakruid Ashwagandha KSM-66 & Bioperine:
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera Dunal) is a well-known herb in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. The herb has been known within Indian medicine for centuries. However, due to the publication of a number of clinical studies supporting the effects of ashwagandha, the root-based extract is now receiving worldwide attention.KSM-66 uses exclusively the roots of the Ashwagandha plant for its extract, without the addition of leaves. KSM-66 from Ixoreal is the most highly concentrated full-spectrum extract available worldwide. We define a full-spectrum extract as an extract in which all components of the original herb are present in proportion, without the overrepresentation of any of the active substances.
Bioperine has been added to Ashwagandha KSM 66 because it ensures better absorption of ashwagandha.
Composition of Vitakruid Ashwagandha KSM-66 & Bioperine:
Each vegetarian capsule contains:Ashwagandha extract (KSM-66*) 300 mg
- standardized to 5% withanolides
Bioperine** (Piper nigrum extract) 3 mg

Use of Vitakruid Ashwagandha KSM-66 & Bioperine:
You take 1-2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are using this medication concurrently with antidepressants, a liver disorder, a thyroid disorder, and/or are using thyroid hormones. Caution is advised when using medication that promotes serotonin production (particularly antidepressants), as Ashwagandha may enhance the effect of these medicines.
Use during pregnancy (or trying to conceive) or breastfeeding is not recommended.
