Vitamin D2 is the plant form of vitamin D. Vitamin D3, or cholecalciferol is the animal form (wool fat). This is the active form made from sunlight (UV radiation) by our skin.Composition of Nutrins Liposomaal D3 & K2 :
Each capsule contains (= daily dose):200 mg powder = Vitamins in phospholipid complex
- D3 (cholecalciferol) = 25 mcg
- K2 (menaquinone-7) = 45 mcg
Ingredients of Nutrins Liposomaal D3 & K2 :
Maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, vitamin K2, D3, capsule wall HPMC.Use of Nutrins Liposomaal D3 & K2 :
Take 1 capsule every day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with meals unless otherwise advised.
The capsule may be opened to add the contents to food or water.
