Each tablet contains (= daily dosage):Ashwagandha 600 mg
- followed by 300 mg rapid release and 300 mg extended release

Usage of Trenker Mentalis Sleep:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take 30 minutes before going to sleep with a glass of water.
