Each Fast/R-tard tablet contains no less than 10,000 FCC lactase, of which 5,000 FCC are immediately released within 30 minutes and the remaining 5,000 FCC have an extended effect over the next 3 hours.Composition of Nutrisan Lacto Assist 10.000 FCC Lactase:
Each tablet contains:Lactase (10000 FCC) 100 mg

Bulking agents (cellulose, mannitol and glyceryl dibehenate), Lactase, Stabilizer (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), Anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), Color (riboflavin).Use of Nutrisan Lacto Assist 10.000 FCC Lactase:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take it half an hour before meals containing milk, dairy products, or other lactose-containing foods. Take a maximum of two tablets per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
