Gently squeeze the tube and apply a small amount to your finger. Apply the gel with your finger around your anus. Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap each time after applying the gel. Apply the gel two to four times a day, preferably after a bowel movement.Do not use the gel for longer than 30 days. Read the instructions for use before use.
