The award-winning MAG365 is essentially a magnesium powder made of just two ingredients: magnesium carbonate and citric acid. When you add warm water, a reaction occurs: the mixture fizzes, the carbonate is dissipated, and the combination of the two ingredients creates a liquid ionic magnesium citrate. MAG365 Magnesium BF Natural combines liquid ionic magnesium citrate with vegan vitamin D3, vitamin K2, vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, zinc, and boron.MAG365 forms an ionic magnesium citrate with a perfect 1:1 ratio, that is, one Mg++ (magnesium atom) to one C7H6O7++ (citrate molecule), making it significantly more absorbable than most magnesium citrate salts, which typically have a 3:2 ratio.
The magnesium in MAG365 is extracted from purified seawater and the citric acid comes from European, non-genetically modified sugar beets.

Magnesium carbonate, citric acid, zinc picolinate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), potassium bicarbonate, vegan vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from algae), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), boron (boric acid), natural flavouring, sweetener (steviol glycosides).Usage of ITL Health Magnesium BF Citroen:
You take 2 1/2 level teaspoons (4.9 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Scoop the powder into a glass and add a small amount (20 to 30 ml) of hot water, let it fizz and stir until the powder is completely dissolved (the magnesium and citric acid then form an ionic magnesium citrate) and add it to cold water, juice or tea.
The hotter the water used for fizzing, the faster the powder will fully dissolve (with boiling water, this only takes about 15 seconds). If you use cold water, let it sit for about 20 minutes to allow the powder to fully dissolve.
You can also use MAG365 in your water bottle to gradually get your magnesium intake throughout the day.
Mag365 can be taken with food, but is also ideal for use on an empty stomach.
