The bottom layer is gradually released throughout the night, up to 7 hours. This layer contains Passionflower (Passiflora Caerulea), which helps you wake up feeling fit and rested.*
This layer also contains B vitamins, which activate your natural energy in the body and are good for the nervous system. Vitamin C supports energy levels.
The tablets also contain 299 mcg of pure melatonin.
